How to Use the Result Responsibly
The calculator provides a planning envelope based on the dimensions and choices entered. It cannot see pipe routing, lid movement, electrical working space, heater requirements, wind exposure, or local code. Sketch the result around the actual pad and compare every side with the manuals before purchasing materials.
Measure twice after selecting a door or panel arrangement. Inside dimensions matter more than outside marketing dimensions, and framing can reduce usable space. Add room for hands, tools, basket removal, filter service, and future replacement equipment.
What the Calculator Intentionally Does Not Assume
No generic tool can safely choose ventilation openings, structural anchors, electrical clearances, gas-heater spacing, or snow and wind design for every installation. Those decisions depend on products and location. The result therefore favors transparent planning instead of pretending to deliver a construction specification.
Use the related guides to evaluate airflow, anchoring, and equipment type. A larger enclosure is not automatically better if vents are poorly located, but extra service room is usually easier to manage than a cover built to the tightest possible dimensions.
